For Workers, we map the recurring job, its business context, tools, decisions and handoffs, then build and train a Worker around that responsibility. Taurist develops its own Workers Harness to coordinate context, approved tools, operating rules, human approvals, execution and visibility. We monitor, maintain and improve the Worker as your processes change.

Workers is Taurist Technologies’ managed AI Worker service. We design a dedicated Worker around a defined recurring business workflow, connect it to the tools the team already uses, establish approval rules and handoffs, and monitor and maintain it after launch. Start with one scoped pilot and expand as your needs grow.
How do people stay in control of an AI Worker?
Before a pilot begins, we map the Worker’s responsibilities, tool access, approval points and exception handling. Sensitive or uncertain work is escalated for human review. Visible activity, monitoring and ongoing maintenance help your team understand what the Worker is doing and keep it aligned with your process.
How is a Worker different from regular automation?
