Issue: Gazprom Neft's IT infrastructure was hosted by a data center that did not satisfy the customer's requirements for incident response time and SLA. Gazprom Neft asked ITGLOBAL.COM to migrate 100 VMs with a total volume of 15TB. Solution: The migration was completed in 1 day. The most complex part involved the migration of physical USB keys, which required preliminary organization of network connectivity between the old and the new architectures. After using our services for a few months, the customer made a decision to migrate the rest of its IT infrastructure to ITGLOBAL.COM cloud. The project is currently in its active phase.
